Layers of flat freshly made lasagna noodles baked with alternating layers of slow-cooked Bolognese sauce and Parmesan cheese. This isn't a quick and easy lasagna. (Pasta and sauce made fresh in-house).
Ingredients: Pasta: (durum semolina and egg)
Filling: Bolognese sauce (ground beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, tomato paste) mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, spinach.
Preparation: Thaw it, preheat the oven to 350, remove the cover and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Sold frozen (half cooked)
Weight: 1.3 kg (good for 4 portions).
